This book, 2nd edition in black and white, offers you the opportunity to make your first steps on the shamanic path of the so-called Pampamesayoq, keeper of Mother Earth. Peruvian shamans from Q’ero guide you directly, because of the one-on-one translation of their authentic teachings. In 2011 a number of Q’ero shamans started their own training centre in The Netherlands, called Serena Anchanchu. Here they teach their knowledge and pure wisdom preserved from the Incas to Western apprentices.

Part 3 of this series of four is the result of the third year of training in Centre Serena Anchanchu. Recurrent topics such as the new time and building a medicine bundle are taught, next to more beautiful, authentic cleansing and healing rituals. However, the essence of Opening up to Sacred Cosmic Energies lies in the sacred teachings of the Q’ero paqos of the Pleiades stars and the seven layers of the upper world.
