The Institute for Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Amsterdam, in collaboration with the EWUU alliance of Technical University Eindhoven, Wageningen University & Research, Utrecht University and University Medical Centre Utrecht, developed this card deck primarily for use in higher education. However, it also holds value for coaches, HR professionals, corporate trainers, team leaders and individuals in personal contexts.
